When writing a thesis, it should always be considers the good characteristics of your thesis statement such as length, position, grammar, spelling, and strength. In order to develop a good thesis statement the researcher should know the topic very well and limit the topic.
Length
A thesis statement can be short or long depending on the things mention on the paper. Usually thesis statement is one concise sentence and contains two clauses such as the stating the opinion and a reason. Typically, a single sentence that has two lines with about 30 to 40 words long.

Make sure to have correct grammar.
Spelling
Spelling should always be check aside from grammar
Position
Thesis statement usually place at the beginning of the thesis to give an idea to the reader what the paper all about. It can be place in the introduction section.
Strength
Thesis statement should be strong and arguable. It should be clear and specific
